This site will go into detail on what I would do if I had the money to host foster children. I was in foster care, and didn’t have the best childhood. Most of the foster parents were indifferent, and a couple seem to have resented having me there. I don’t want to be those kind of foster parents. Instead, I want to have a home built on compassion, trust, and to become a role model for the foster child. In my $5,000,000 site, I will take on 2 foster children at a time. My residence will have 3 bedrooms. There will be one bedroom for myself, and 2 secondary bedrooms for the foster children. I believe every child deserves to have their space, and privacy. Therefore, no two foster children (even of the same gender) will have to share a bedroom. This will mean that I will have a limit of 2 foster children which is fine with me.

As you go through this site, you would see that I will go above and beyond what a foster parent will need to do. I am sure I will receive some compensation for caring for them. With that said, the money they will give me will cover for food, and therefore, I will not have to increase my food bill to compensate for a foster child. Since the foster child is a ward of the state, they will likely have Medicaid – so I won’t need to provide for insurance for them. I will choose UMPC for You plans for the children which will have the same doctors that I have access too.
