The child will need a backpack, which they will receive a new one from me. I will like to hope that the number of heavy books that have to be carried will be to a minimum, but even if so, the child will likely need to carry multiple items for school. Such will include their computer, a water bottle, a writing tablet, and other things. The backpack will be essential for these resources, and if the school material is digital these days, then that just makes everything so much better.
The backpack will vary depending on what’s available on the market, but the backpack will have a large sleeve pocket for their computer. Another pocket will be for their writing tablet. There will be another very small pocket which will support carrying a phone, or glasses. There will be additional pockets for water bottles, and other needs. The child’s digital key card will be essential to make sure they don’t lose it. The backpack will be able to carry more things, but since the writing tablet replaces the paper notebook, this makes life a little better for everyone.
When the child leaves my custody, they will be able to take the backpack with them. This will allow the child to be able to carry all of the resources they wish to carry with them. They will learn how to use the backpack, and make the most of it. They will certainly benefit from keeping the backpack.
