Simply put, I want to make a positive impact on the child. I believe that every child should have a number of items that are theirs. I also believe that a child should know how to make the most of their life when they become an adult. I could just as easily give them nothing, but how would that be a positive impact on their lives? I can expect to have a significant amount of money coming in every month. With that said, the child will get everything they will need in a couple of weeks. The internal resources such as the NAS, Tablo, or VPN will help them immediately once they receive the resources that relies on those resources.
If the child learns that they are cared about, then they are likely going to do what they need to do so they can do the right thing. They will also know that they can come to me when they need to. All of this is intended to give my part to the relationship of guardian vs. child. Now, I am sure there will be children that would take advantage of my gifts, and resources, but if they were to be grounded, they will have only limited resources to them.
