My brother started smoking at 9 years old. Both my mother and grandmother smoked which meant they really couldn’t defend themselves when my brother picked up such a nasty habit. My 4 Story Building, I would want it be smoke free. I don’t like the smell, nor do I like the yellow tinge they cause on the walls. Also, it is a violation of the law for anyone under the age of 18 to smoke, or vape. By me allowing this, I will be breaking the law. If a foster child smokes, then I can’t take them in. It is just that simple. I am sure the case worker will know if the child smokes or not.
