There will be a few ways to teach responsibility. Obviously, the first will be their education, and keeping up with their school work. With that said, I would make it a point to do homework when returning home from school. This way, they can learn priorities. Chores will give a sense of duty, and self-respect. I will teach a child how to budget which will be real world experiences, and this will even help increase their basic math skills. They will learn about taxes, and costs of living. I will show them the family budget, and they will see on a grander scale of how a budget works. Since I am so used to doing everything on tablet and stylus, I will need to teach myself how to use LibreOffice Calc to assure compatibility across multiple systems.
One of the first things we will need to do will be to get a Real-ID photo card. This will allow the child in an airport, or in a federal building. This will allow us to work together in a way to get a checking account for them. Their allowance will go into the checking account once a month (1st of the month). This is when I will expect my investment fund to also issue my income. While a telephone is important in society, they will be responsible for their phone bill. This will teach them in what they will need to do to find the best price for them based on what’s important to them. If the school provides a bus pass, then they won’t need to pay for bus fare. Otherwise, I will provide bus fare for their appointments, but they will be responsible for anything else. The money for their appointments will deposit into their checking account.
Assuming for my 4 Story Building, there will be 1 or 2 cellular providers, but they won’t be limited to that. Instead, they can look around for options that fits them. In most cases, a telephone provider will support either a nano-SIM? or eSIM? connection. Unless they go to the store, they will have to wait for a SIM card. They can opt for a home phone service. This will mean acquiring a wifi? phone, or an ATA? which will allow them to have home phone service. They can also choose both. In all instances, they are required to provide me with all of the their telephone numbers.
Once the child earned the privilege of a TV in their bedroom, and a smart TV adapter, they wil be able to choose to use their money to subscribe to IPTV? services. As long as they can get enough sleep and wake up on time in the morning, they will continue to be allowed to have TV in their room. Again, since this is not an essential items, I will cover the hardware, but it stays with me, and they will pay for the services.
